

July is probably one of the hottest months of the year. At least, it is in Kansas (*giggle*). People like to get out to the beach, have barbecues, kids are out of school for the summer, the list goes on.
But I think that mostly, July is known for the holiday we celebrate on the fourth, Independence Day - one of the most important dates in American history. There is also an important date for the French that is celebrated in this month, July 14th - Bastille Day.
